The body starts to speak
"I feel something is off. Tired, tense, a weight I carry. I don't want to go on like this."
Nervous system regulation, breath, somatic release of tension. Most often we start here.
Body, breath and presence - Wrocław.
My name is Łukasz. I work with the body, breath and presence. In Wrocław.
For years I was a passenger. I watched the world from a place of bitterness and cynicism. The shift came slowly. Through the people I met. Through choices I made for myself, for the first time. I practiced alone for a long time. In time I began to stay close to those who found me. Now I'm opening this work to others.
I work with the body and emotions because that is the language we all share. Older than words. Deeper than thought. There is no goal beyond this: that the body is heard.
Every session is different. It begins slowly. Sometimes with breath, sometimes with silence. Sometimes we lie down and just are. Sometimes the body asks for movement, or touch. I listen to what is in you today.
My job is to stay beside you, until I'm no longer needed.
Everyone has their own starting point and their own pace. Five common stages - you may recognize the one you're in.
"I feel something is off. Tired, tense, a weight I carry. I don't want to go on like this."
Nervous system regulation, breath, somatic release of tension. Most often we start here.
"I can't name what I feel, but the body already knows. Something is stirring in me. Sometimes I cry for no reason."
Touch and breath as keys. We name what the body already carries.
"I already know what I do. I've read, listened, been to therapy. But knowing in the head isn't enough."
Moving knowledge from the head into the body. Experience instead of analysis.
"I feel presence. Time slows. Something in me knows before the words come."
Tending the connection. Integration. Anchoring the experience in daily life.
"I speak less. Everything is here. Fewer and fewer questions."
No program. Staying close. Silence.
By email or phone. Then we decide the form and length together.
You don't need to know what you're looking for. It's enough that you feel something drew you here.
